Jr. Social Specialist Location: Jakarta Conduct household surveys, interviews, and FGDs; support socio‑economic profiling and data analysis for ESIA and LARAP in line with IFC/ADB/WB standards. Assist in identifying PAPs and affected assets; support preparation of entitlement matrices, livelihood restoration measures, and vulnerability assessments. Support planning, facilitation, and documentation of community consultations and stakeholder meetings using culturally appropriate approaches. Assist in Indigenous Peoples screening, FPIC-related activities, and identification/documentation of tangible and intangible cultural heritage within project areas. Contribute to ESIA, LARAP, ESG report sections (social baseline, impacts, mitigation, GRM) and support senior specialists during field activities.
