Customer Experience Representative (Advanced Support)
1-Year Contract | Remote | Full-Time Hours
As a Customer Experience Representative (Advanced Support), you'll support customers through time-sensitive and complex situations while coordinating with internal teams to ensure safe, reliable service. This remote role is ideal for adaptable problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a meaningful impact on the customer experience every day.

What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and urgent situations, delivering a positive customer experience.
• Assess customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently while managing customer expectations.
• Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, field operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to manage orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of complex customer concerns, emergencies, and potential safety issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
What You Bring
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center, customer support, logistics, or operations environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage sensitive or complex situations professionally.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work confidently across multiple systems and applications.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM, billing, or dispatch systems is an asset.
• Availability to work assigned schedules that may include afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Schedules are provided in advance and are based on business needs.
• Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
