Summary: Superior Industries Inc is seeking a Multimedia Designer to support their marketing and branding efforts through various forms of visual content. The role involves graphic design, content capture and development, and asset management to create high-quality visual assets that align with the company's brand standards. Responsibilities: - Support the company's graphic design needs through the creation, modification, and maintenance of branded marketing materials - Assist with design requests from marketing, sales, human resources, and other departments while maintaining brand standards - Prepare and update visual assets for print and digital applications - Capture photo and video content at customer locations, company facilities, events, and other designated sites - Develop visual content that highlights Superior's products, employees, and culture, adapting it for social media and other channels using platform-specific best practices - Travel as needed to customer sites, company facilities, and company events to capture content that supports marketing or business objectives - Edit and produce short-form video and photo content for marketing and recruiting initiatives - Repurpose existing photos, videos, and creative assets into new content pieces to maximize content value and reach - Organize, maintain, and expand the company's photo, video, and creative asset management system - Assist in managing digital assets to ensure content is easily accessible and quickly available for future marketing, sales, and other company needs - Support marketing campaigns and company initiatives as needed - Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred - Relevant experience related to graphic design, photography/video would be considered - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Experience with photography and videography equipment including drones - Knowledge of video editing and content production techniques - Ability to create distinctive, platform-specific content that stands out in crowded social feeds - Understanding of branding and visual communication principles - Ability to manage and organize digital assets effectively - Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities - Excellent organizational and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively - Flexibility to travel as needed to customer sites, company facilities, etc Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in graphic design, photography, videography, content creation, or related creative disciplines preferred - Marketing experience in industrial manufacturing or similar industries preferred Required Skills: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Photography, Videography, Drone operation, Video editing, Branding, Visual communication, Digital asset management, Project management Benefits: Weekly paycheck, Medical insurance - Covers 75% of premiums, Dental and vision insurance, Company paid life insurance, short term disability and long term disability, 401K retirement account with 5% company match, On the spot bonuses up to $100
