Required Experience

- Experience within a construction, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, facilities services, specialty contracting, or other project-based business environment.
- Strong understanding of job costing, project accounting, WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion accounting, revenue recognition, and project profitability analysis.
- Demonstrated success managing financial operations for a growing small-to-mid-sized organization.
- Experience developing processes and improving financial visibility across the business.
- Strong financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash management expertise.
- Experience leading and developing accounting teams.
What Will Set Candidates Apart
- Experience in construction and skilled trades organizations during periods of growth and operational expansion.
- Quantifiable accomplishments and measurable business impact.
- Examples of solving complex challenges with minimal supervision.
- A track record of continuous improvement and professional growth.
