They are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern to join their Finance & Strategy team, where the intern will analyze financial data, contribute to strategic projects, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities: - Strategic Thinking: You will look at all areas of our business to grasp the whole picture - Financial Acumen: Analyze financial and operational results to improve forecasts and inform decision making - Analytical Experience: Conduct financial analysis, build dashboards and reporting, dive deep into understanding data - Business Acumen: You will use a strong, analytical mindset, attention to detail and critical thinking skills to perform a variety of analyses (both quantitative and qualitative), conducting research, querying and analyzing data, and making recommendations Required Qualifications: - You are a post-secondary student, studying in Finance, Business, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or a related field (ideally with 1-2 terms of experience) - You have a passion for numbers, data, spreadsheets, and attention to detail - You have a strong work ethic with a desire to contribute to a fast growing start up team - You are a critical thinker & problem solver with a natural curiosity to challenge the status quo - You have the ability to learn quickly and a desire to continuously learn throughout the internship Required Skills: Financial Acumen, Analytical Experience, Strategic Thinking Important Skills: Business Acumen Nice-to-Have Skills: Desire to Learn, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail Benefits: Home Office Setup Allowance: $300 one-time, Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week, Learning & Development Allowance: $300/ per term, Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $120/per term
