- Disassemble and sort transformer parts for reuse and scrap
- Support monthly operations goals
- Complete production/output levels for the day/week
- Ability to safely operate equipment such as a hoist and forklift

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with small hand tools, required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers
- Help team members resolve questions and help with the workload
- A dependable and strong work-ethic; works safely
- Professional language and conduct at all times

Preferred Qualifications:
- HS Diploma, preferred
