Why This Role Matters

Want to build a career in automotive service while helping customers make confident decisions about their vehicles? As a Sales & Service Advisor, you're one of the first and most important connections customers have with our shop. You'll greet customers, listen to their concerns, recommend the right services, and guide them through a smooth, trustworthy experience from check-in to checkout.

This is a great fit if you enjoy customer service, sales, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You don't need to be a technician—we'll train you on our products, services, and the tools that support customers and the store team.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay, including bonus or commission opportunities
• Paid training and hands-on development
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits
• Paid time off
• Employee discounts
• Career advancement opportunities, including growth toward Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and other field leadership roles

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend the right products and services.
• Clearly explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options so customers can make confident decisions.
• Build accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices in the point-of-sale system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Partner with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow and keep repairs on track.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts availability, and follow proper checkout procedures, including reviewing completed and declined work.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
• Help keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready, and follow all safety procedures and required PPE.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed, and uphold Sun Auto's core values and company policies.
