As an IT Support Engineer intern, you will assist with front-line support across employee hardware and core business applications, ensuring a seamless technology experience for all users. Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying, researching, and resolving basic technical issues under the guidance of senior team members - Help deliver exceptional customer service & technical support to employees across the firm - Support the setup and maintenance of computers, software, and user accounts in both office and cloud-based environments - Participate in onboarding new users and preparing hardware/software for new hires - Assist with documentation of common support procedures and technical setups - Learn to deploy & support new IT tools and systems as part of the broader technology team Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology field - Strong desire to learn and take initiative when solving problems - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Basic understanding of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and general IT concepts - Attention to detail and good documentation habits Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Intune is a plus - Prior internship or relevant coursework experience is helpful but not required - Interest in automation or PowerShell scripting is a plus Required Skills: Windows systems, Microsoft 365, IT concepts
