This role offers hands-on experience working with business systems that support Sales teams and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions. Responsibilities: - Assist with implementing enhancements, bug fixes, and minor feature updates based on business requirements and user feedback - Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Excellence, and IT stakeholders to understand tool usage and functional needs - Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation of Sales tools to ensure quality and reliability - Help document technical designs, workflows, and user instructions for supported tools - Analyze issues reported by users and assist in troubleshooting and resolution - Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards - Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures - Supports and cooperates in company-wide Quality Management effort - Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field - Basic programming experience in one or more languages (e.g., C#, C++, Java, Python, or similar) - Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs) or application development concepts - Understanding of databases and data concepts (SQL, relational data structures) - Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Required Skills: Programming languages, Web technologies, REST APIs, Databases, SQL Benefits: Hands‑on experience in a professional IT environment, Exposure to enterprise IT support and operations, Practical experience that supports future IT roles or internships
