We're not your typical broadband provider, and this isn't your typical door-to-door sales role. You'll build your own pipeline, take ownership of your performance, and directly influence your success.
Best of all? Commission is uncapped. The more successful you are, the more you earn. Simple.
What you will be doing:

- You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
- You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
- Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
- You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.
What you will bring:
- You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
- You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
- You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
- Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
What's in it for you:
- A basic salary of £25,000 & uncapped commission with an OTE of £50K.
- Bespoke sales induction and training programme.
- Pension contribution up to 8% employer matched.
- £250 per month to put towards the cost of a vehicle.
- £50 phone allowance.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- An extra day off for your birthday!
- Discounted Gym memberships & Wellbeing discounts.
- Free YouFibre broadband if you are within our area, plus friends & family discount.
- Life assurance giving you cover of 4 times your basic salary.
- Health care cash plan.
