Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering with business stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, including process flows, decision points, and dependencies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across procurement, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, and production planning.
- Support solution design decisions by translating business needs into practical SAP-enabled processes.
- Develop and execute test strategies for end-to-end business scenarios.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, coordination, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage defect identification, prioritization, resolution tracking, and retesting activities.
- Support business readiness activities, including documentation, training support, and change adoption efforts.
- Validate master data, process controls, and governance requirements to support successful ERP deployment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in ERP/SAP roles with hands-on experience in S/4HANA, IBP planning, and cross-functional process enablement
- Strong SAP PPDS expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical SAP solutions
