Womens Apparel Sales Data Analyst and Entry
Location: Vernon, CA, US
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and manage data within the company ERP system.
Improve and maintain sales efficiency across sales operations.
Provide daily analytical and operational support to assist the sales team in strategic decision-making.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to perform extensive data analysis.
Monitor system rules and data flow to ensure overall data integrity.
Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of the sales team in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred (1+ years in sales operations, sales strategy, or data analysis), but recent graduates (0–2 years of experience) and candidates with OPT status are welcome to apply.
Experience in the women’s apparel wholesale clothing industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, nested formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts).
Comfort working with large, complex datasets.
Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Soft Skills & Preferred Language:
Strong analytical ability to draw actionable insights from data.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Preferred: Bilingual in Korean and English.

Pay: $65,000 and above / year (commensurate with experience)
