Job Description
Summary: STV is a company that offers engineering and consulting services, and they are seeking an Engineering Intern. This position provides an opportunity to support a variety of engineering projects while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, design, and analysis tasks on a variety of engineering projects
- Support the preparation of calculations, technical reports, and engineering documentation
- Assist in developing drawings and models using design software such as AutoCAD or similar tools
- Participate in field visits or inspections, as needed
- Support the development of construction documents, including plans and specifications
- Collaborate with project teams and contribute to internal and client meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with design or analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar) is a plus
