Marketing Associate Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite ·Support day-to-day monitoring of inventory levels across key markets and product lines ·Track and analyze backorders, identifying root causes and proposing mitigation actions ·Coordinate closely with supply chain, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product availability and priorities ·Contribute to demand forecasting by consolidating inputs from commercial and marketing teams ·Assist in the development and implementation of inventory allocation strategies during constrained supply situations ·Ensure accurate and timely communication to internal stakeholders regarding stock status, risks, and recovery plans ·Support marketing and product launch activities by anticipating inventory needs and ensuring readiness ·Prepare regular reports and dashboards on inventory performance, backorders, and key KPIs ·Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory visibility and reduce backorder risks ·Assist in managing product lifecycle transitions (phase-in/phase-out) from an inventory perspective Travel Percentage: 10%
