Job Description
Summary: Structure Tone is a comprehensive construction services company with a diverse portfolio. They are seeking a University Recruiter / HR Coordinator to implement campus recruitment strategies, coordinate events, and manage relationships with universities to attract qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Leaders and HR Partners to implement a campus recruitment plan catered for each region with manager support
- Build a planning forecast for our campus recruitment efforts prior to busy season
- Become an expert on our Internship and Entry Level positions, having the ability to properly educate prospective candidates of those positions and career development opportunities
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment events whether virtual or in-person across our Northeast Business Units. Help identify who will be attending the events
- Assist with STOBG Open House and other University events
- Develop relationships with University personnel to assist in identifying qualified students
- Establish and maintain relationships with University personnel whether local or regional
- Assist with candidate preboarding process (i.e. extending offers, background checks, entering new hires in the database)
- Assist with regional new hire onboarding, employees’ first day experience
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies throughout our recruitment process, including posting all job requisitions and properly managing and dispositioning applicants
- Various tasks (i.e. new hire surveys, referral tracking, tasks associated with new hires on the first day)
- Other duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Desire to learn campus recruiting and ability to handle a high volume of tasks both in human resources and university recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
- Very diligent with recruiting based administrative tasks
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to travel up to 25% regionally, when needed
