StretchLab Spartanburg | Johns Creek, GA | Part-Time & Full-Time Available
Does this sound like you?

• You love working directly with people and seeing real results
• You have a background in health or fitness and want to put your education to work
• You're an LMT who's tired of the physical toll of deep tissue — and wants something more sustainable
• You're a personal trainer, PT, or exercise science grad looking for meaningful, flexible income
• You're a yoga instructor who wants a steady, professional environment beyond the Yoga studio

This role might be made for you.

What You'll Do
As a StretchLab Flexologist, you'll deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in a clean, calm, professional studio. You'll work with clients across all ages and fitness levels — from athletes who want to perform better, to seniors who want to move without pain, to desk workers who've been tight for years. Every session, you'll draw on your knowledge of anatomy and human movement to customize stretching plans that make a real difference.
No cold calling. No selling. Just hands-on, purpose-driven work you'll feel good about.

What a Great Day Looks Like

• You arrive at a clean, welcoming studio and review your client schedule for the day
• You work with 4–6 clients in focused, 25- or 50-minute sessions
• A longtime client tells you their back pain has improved dramatically — and they're moving like they haven't in years
• You finish your shift energized, not drained

What We're Looking For
You hold a current license, certification, or degree in a health or fitness field, such as:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or similar)
• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
• Occupational Therapist
• Athletic Trainer
• Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200+)
• Or a similar credential that includes anatomy, physiology, or kinesiology

Prior stretching is NOT required. If you have the educational foundation, we will train you in our proven StretchLab methodology.

What You'll Get

• Competitive hourly pay, sales commission on recovery tools (and sometimes tips)
• Flexible scheduling — great for supplemental income or primary employment
• Full training and certification in the StretchLab Flexologist methodology
• A supportive, professional team environment
• Meaningful work where you see clients transform week over week

Hear what our Flexologists say:
“I thought assisted stretching was just helping someone through standard stretches. Now I know that it is highly specific to each person’s body and goals. Getting to know the person first helps us not only reach those goals, but also build the trust needed for them to truly relax.” ~Livy

“I’ve always known stretching was great for recovery, but I didn’t realize how many people actually need it. For me, it used to feel almost like an accessory to working out, but through training I learned that assisted stretching can be a big way of improving people’s quality of life.” ~Joaquin

“The biggest surprise for me during training was realizing that the physical techniques aren’t the only focus. I expected them to be the main part of the training, but I learned how important the flow of conversation and talking points are to creating a great client experience. I was surprised by how much goes into the periodization phases and understanding how to progress a client over time.” ~Victoria

“Before training, I knew I was fairly sensitive to movement and how my own body moved, but I never realized that sensitivity could translate to working with someone else’s body. The first time I noticed a muscle tensing, relaxing, or creating resistance to a movement, it was almost an “oh!” moment. I realized I could actually feel the muscle “talking” to me through the movement and use that information to understand what the client’s body was telling me.” ~Jackie

“The hands-on training really puts things into perspective! You can understand something on paper all day long, but actually applying that knowledge to another person’s body is a whole different ball game!” ~Marissa
