Fitness Studio Manager

Stretch Zone – Fayetteville & Rogers, AR $22.00/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses | Full-Time

Ready for the Next Step in Your Fitness Career?

Stretch Zone is looking for an energetic, motivated professional to help lead our Fayetteville and Rogers studios.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fitness and wellness, is good with people, has a sales mindset, and is ready to take the next step into management.

You do not need previous experience managing multiple locations. We're looking for someone with leadership potential who wants an opportunity to grow.

What We Offer

• $22.00/hour for all hours worked
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Paid drive time between studios
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Paid training
• Free stretch sessions
• Growth opportunities and regular performance reviews

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on management position. You'll spend about half your time working directly with members as a trained Stretch Practitioner and the other half helping lead our two studios.

You'll:

• Lead, motivate, and support team members
• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Help manage staffing, schedules, and daily studio operations
• Introduce prospective members to Stretch Zone and help grow memberships
• Follow up with leads, missed appointments, and prospective members
• Coach the team and help achieve studio performance goals
• Provide an exceptional experience for members at both locations

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy fitness, health, wellness, and working with people
• Have leadership, supervisory, coaching, sales, or team-lead experience—or are ready to take that next step
• Are confident, dependable, organized, and comfortable working toward goals
• Enjoy being active and working directly with clients
• Have reliable transportation and can work at both Fayetteville and Rogers
• Have flexibility to work some evenings and weekends based on studio needs

Fitness Experience Is a Plus—Not a Requirement

Experience in personal training, gyms, boutique fitness, wellness, membership sales, retail leadership, hospitality, or another people-focused environment can all translate well to this position.

A fitness-related degree or certification is a plus, but it's not required. We're more interested in finding the right person than the perfect résumé.

Why Stretch Zone?

Stretch Zone helps members improve mobility, increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, and feel better through practitioner-assisted stretching.

If you're ready to grow beyond your current role, develop your leadership skills, and help lead a team, we'd like to meet you.

Apply today and take the next step in your fitness career.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

A career with Stretch Zone^®^ means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one’s expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
