Enterprise Account Executive (UK, Ireland &… at Stravito · London

Large organisations consistently make important decisions without the intelligence they already own, because they can't find what they have, can't see what they're missing, and can't act on it fast enough to matter.

We are Stravito and this is the problem we solve.

Due to the universal nature of the problem, our customers come from various industries all around the world. We help world-leading organizations, such as McDonald's, Nestle and Heineken, better understand their customers and make better, insights-backed decisions by organizing their knowledge and making it easy to access through our intuitive platform.

We really mean it when we say we're a diverse and international team as our team of 100 has more than 30 different nationalities! We are guided by our operating principles: simplicity first, an "own it, do it" mentality, embracing different perspectives, and enjoying the journey together.

About the job

As Enterprise Account Executive for the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, with the UK as your priority, you'll win new business with some of the world's leading consumer, retail and financial services brands, selling into Fortune 500 companies.

This role is fully remote, but you must be based in the Greater London area and have the right to work in the UK. You'll meet prospects in person in London regularly, and travel across the territory and wider Europe from time to time.

You will:

• Own the full new-logo sales cycle, from territory planning and account prioritisation through discovery, value case, negotiation and close.
• Hunt new logos in white space and build your own pipeline to healthy coverage, through targeted outbound and account-based plays with Marketing and our partners.
• Navigate complex buying groups: insights and marketing leaders, data and analytics decision-makers, procurement, IT and the C-suite.
• Run value-based discovery that ties Stravito to the business outcomes those teams are measured on.
• Run product demos and the technical conversations yourself (APIs, connectors and integrations), with Solutions Consultants alongside you on deeper proofs of value.
• Partner with Customer Success on long-term adoption, forecast accurately, keep a clean pipeline in HubSpot, and know your own numbers.
• Report to the Chief Commercial Officer and help shape how we sell across Europe as the team grows.

About you

To be successful in this role, you need:

• 7+ years carrying a quota in enterprise SaaS or subscription sales, selling into large enterprises.
• A real new-business hunter: a track record of closing new logos in white space, not only growing existing accounts.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and long sales cycles.
• You run demos and technical conversations yourself, rather than handing them to Solutions.
• You know your own numbers: quota, pipeline coverage and conversion ratios.
• The presence to lead a commercial conversation with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, remote-first company, and genuinely interested in the product you're selling.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

A background selling Martech or insights solutions, or into FMCG, CPG, retail, financial services, or travel and hospitality, is a strong advantage and will help you get up to speed quickly.

We'll share and discuss the salary range with you openly, early in the process.

What's in it for you?

You will join a remote-first and globally spread team, with company events a couple of times each year as the icing on the cake. We offer a fun, collaborative environment where everyone truly cares and helps each other. We have zero micro-management and instead you are encouraged to cultivate your own processes while giving and receiving feedback for improvement. Add to that a competitive compensation package, the possibility of working with cutting-edge technology in our industry, and to be part of simplifying the professional lives of many - what's not to like?

We look forward to hearing from you!
