They are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support their operations team, providing hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory control. Responsibilities: - Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation of aircraft parts and materials - Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper handling and documentation of components - Verify part numbers, traceability documents, and compliance with industry standards - Review and process purchase requisitions into purchase orders - Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle including placement, acknowledgment, and closeout - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to track delivery status and resolve delays - Support supplier performance by escalating issues and coordinating corrective actions - Help maintain arcuate records in Deltek Costpoint and ensure data integrity - Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain processes Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, or related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Eagerness to learn and take initiative Required Skills: Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory control, Vendor coordination, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, work in a team Benefits: 9/80 schedule, Healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs), Paid Maternity and Parental Leave, 50% company match per contributed dollar into 401(k) savings plan, up to $11,500, Tuition reimbursement
