Job Description
Summary: Stratolaunch is a technology accelerator focused on hypersonic testing and operational readiness. They are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics and Integration Intern to support their operations team, offering hands-on experience in procurement processes, operational planning, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Perform logistics and administrative job duties relating to hypersonic missions within the continental U.S and overseas
- Oversee and help manage travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for Stratolaunch deployment teams with up to 50 members
- Liaising and contract negotiating with vendors
- Working closely with internal procurement teams to ensure appropriate contract terms are met and followed
- Manage projects independently and in teams
- Using strong organizational skills, perform and prioritize multiple tasks with conflicting needs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within mission operations
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Aerospace, Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, or related field
- Self starter
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
