Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate locations, props, equipment, schedules, clients, and internal production teams.
• Track and maintain daily content posting and upload schedules across platforms.
• Organize, sort, and maintain production-related data and records.
• Assist the Production Head with day-to-day planning and execution.
• Research and identify new vendors, production partners, and service providers.
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers for production requirements.
• Source and coordinate freelance videographers, editors, and other production resources.
• Support shoots and ensure all required equipment, people, and resources are available on time.
• Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Maintain production trackers and provide regular updates on ongoing projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of content/video production
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams
