Health Client Analyst - Virtual at Strada in Remote

The Health Client Analyst will collaborate with internal teams and clients, focusing on account quality assurance, data analysis, and maintaining client deliverables. Responsibilities: - Providing subject matter expertise to clients, using that expertise to support. Working through employee escalated situations coming through to our client’s internal Benefits department - Working in an integrated manner with the client’s health admin and advocacy teams - Developing and maintaining data requests - Utilizing companies' suite of tools to manage deliverables, requirements storage and handoff - Communicating and maintaining project milestones and tasks developed based on deliverables. Identifies and communicates internal and external deliverable risks - Tracking and resolving open items timely; managing client deliverables - Participating effectively in client status meetings and client team and health plan meetings - Developing a trusted relationship with our client Required Qualifications: - Possess Undergraduate or equivalent work experience required - Possess TBA and health plan provision knowledge - Maintain analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and deliverables with varying milestones, timeline, and deadline - Show Curiosity along with an ability to learn quickly and apply feedback - Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal skills - Able to adapt to changing priorities & be effective in a fast-working environment - Need previous experience caring for customers and working in a cross-functional, global team is ideal - Able to show continued professionalism Required Skills: TBA knowledge, Health plan provision knowledge, Data analysis, Client management, Analytic skills, Curiosity, Project management, Cross-functional team collaboration Benefits: Health, dental and vision coverages starting Day One, Wellbeing programs, Retirement plans with contribution matching, Generous time off, Parental leave, Continuing education, Career growth opportunities
