Apply Description Installation Crew Member Warehouse Solutions, Inc. (WSI) a subsidiary of Storage Solutions Inc. (SSI), seeks an Installation Crew Member in order to meet growing customer demands. Previous background and/or experience is not required – we’ll train you. The position will be installing and dismantling warehouse distribution equipment. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail-focused, take initiative, and work independently as well as with groups. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with loading and unloading building materials Assist in building structures for commercial job sites Perform tasks involving physical labor (lifting, climbing, bending, and operating power tools) Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel for extended periods of time Ability to occasionally work in food storage freezers with subzero temperatures Ability to operate construction equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Employs strong communication skills Basic understanding of drawings/blueprints
