Unexpected events happen. We are looking for sales team members who want to become an insurance and financial services expert and get involved in the lives of others by helping them plan for the financial impact that occurs when the unexpected happens.

Many people procrastinate or make poor insurance and financial product decisions, often purchasing inferior products that lack critical benefits. These individuals need a skilled sales professional to help them make better, more responsible decisions.

We are hiring sales-driven team members who are passionate about finding customers who want a professional salesperson to help them understand the right insurance and financial products—products designed to protect them from financial disaster when life doesn’t go as planned.

This is a rewarding sales career for the right person. If you have what it takes, you can earn a higher income that rewards effort and results. We will train you in insurance and financial product planning, selling, and building a strong sales clientele that generates referrals and continues to grow as customers’ needs change over time.

A few focused years of hard work in insurance sales can create long-term career security and valuable skills that last a lifetime.

You may be a fit if you are:

· Impatient for results, goal-driven, and motivated to control your own destiny

· More interested in building something lasting than short-term safety or comfort

· Eager to be trained to sell, set sales goals, and execute a clear prospecting plan

· Confident, optimistic, and accountable for your sales results

· People-oriented, with a strong desire to help and serve others

· Intelligent and willing to study, earn an insurance license, and master products and complex computer systems

· High in character—honest, hardworking, and responsible for your future

· Motivated by financial independence and being paid for sales performance

· Passionate about selling and building customers as a professional career

· Skilled at listening, uncovering needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales

· Confident selling on service, value, and trust—not just lowest price

What your future can look like: With strong leadership, coaching, and proven sales systems, you execute a model that has helped many State Farm sales team members succeed. Your income exceeds what you once imagined, you gain more freedom and flexibility, and you help clients build solid financial futures—while creating long-term retirement income for yourself and others.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
