Job Description
- Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules and detailed look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor project progress and update actuals, remaining durations and forecast dates in Primavera P6.
- Track critical path, float, milestones and schedule slippages and highlight potential delays.
- Prepare and maintain WBS, activities, relationships, calendars and resource loading in Primavera P6.
- Generate S-curves, progress reports, variance analysis and schedule performance reports from Primavera P6.
- Conduct schedule impact analysis and support preparation of mitigation and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect progress data and ensure timely and accurate schedule updates.
- Maintain schedule integrity and ensure alignment of Primavera P6 schedules with project milestones and contractual requirements.
