Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, with strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
• Handle employee joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
• Coordinate monthly attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.
• Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and other employee documentation.
• Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
• Address employee grievances and support disciplinary processes as per company policy.
• Assist in HR audits and ensure compliance with GMP, WHO, and internal audit requirements.
• Coordinate training and maintain employee training records.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, attrition reports, and statutory reports.
• Liaise with consultants, government authorities, and external vendors for HR-related activities.
• Support HR policy implementation and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications
• MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.
• Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in pharma manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Factory Act and compliance requirements.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Gross Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
