Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager

Enterprise FinTech Solutions

Location: Noida (Sector 3)

Department: Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Sales

Reports To: VP – Strategic Partnerships

Build the Future of Embedded Finance

Our client is building infrastructure that enables businesses to launch financial services without becoming financial institutions. From payment acceptance and merchant infrastructure to embedded lending, credit distribution and verification APIs, our platform powers businesses to offer financial products seamlessly.

Every partnership you close has the potential to unlock millions of transactions, thousands of merchants and long-term recurring revenue.

If you're excited by enterprise sales, complex deal-making and building strategic partnerships that create lasting business value, this role is for you.

About the Role

This is not a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities where others see complexity, navigate multiple stakeholders, build trust with CXOs and convert strategic conversations into long-term commercial partnerships.

You'll own the complete partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and solution consulting to commercial negotiations, onboarding and account expansion. You'll work closely with founders, product teams, engineering, compliance and operations to build partnerships that drive meaningful business growth.

What You'll DO

Enterprise Business Development

• Identify, engage and close strategic partnerships with:
  • FinTechs
  • NBFCs
  • Banks
  • Enterprise SaaS companies
  • Marketplaces
  • E-commerce platforms
  • ERP providers
  • Merchant aggregators
  • Digital platforms
• You'll manage the enterprise sales cycle including:
  • Market mapping
  • Prospecting
  • Discovery meetings
  • Solution consulting
  • Product demonstrations
  • Commercial negotiations
  • Legal coordination
  • Contract closure

Strategic Partnership Growth

Winning the deal is only the beginning. You'll become the trusted business partner for key enterprise accounts by:

• Driving product adoption
• Increasing transaction volumes
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Building executive relationships
• Conducting quarterly business reviews
• Improving retention and expansion revenue

Our objective isn't to sign partners. It's to build partnerships that continue growing year after year.

Solution Consulting

Every customer has different infrastructure challenges. You'll understand their business model and recommend the right combination of our products, including:

• Payment Gateway Infrastructure
• Embedded Lending Solutions
• Credit Card Distribution
• Merchant Acquisition
• Identity Verification APIs
• Bank Verification APIs
• KYC & Compliance APIs
• White-label FinTech Infrastructure

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Operations to ensure successful implementations.

What Success Looks Like

During your first year, you'll be expected to:

• Build a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
• Acquire strategic enterprise customers.
• Consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Increase transaction volumes from existing accounts.
• Generate cross-sell opportunities across multiple products.
• Maintain high partner satisfaction and retention.
• Become a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.

Your success won't be measured by meetings booked. It will be measured by revenue created, partnerships built and business impact delivered.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development or Key Account Management.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Lending, SaaS or API businesses is strongly preferred.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

• Love solving business problems.
• Enjoy negotiating complex commercial deals.
• Can confidently engage with founders and CXOs.
• Thrive in ownership-driven environments.
• Think commercially before operationally.
• Are curious about technology and financial infrastructure.
• Build long-term relationships instead of chasing one-time sales.

Technical Understanding

You don't need to write code. But you should comfortably understand discussions around:

• APIs
• Payment flows
• Merchant onboarding
• SDKs
• Webhooks
• KYC workflows
• Integrations
• Financial infrastructure

You're comfortable sitting in a room with both a CTO and a CFO, and speaking the language of each.

Core Competencies

• Enterprise Sales
• Consultative Selling
• Strategic Partnerships
• Commercial Negotiation

• Revenue Expansion
• Relationship Management
• Financial Acumen
• Presentation Skills
• Stakeholder Management

• Enterprise accounts acquired
• Revenue generated
• Cross-sell revenue
• Pipeline conversion
• Sales cycle efficiency
• Partner retention
• Net Revenue Expansion

Why Join this company?

This is an opportunity to work on products that sit at the intersection of FinTech, Payments and Embedded Finance. You'll gain exposure to enterprise partnerships, product strategy, commercial negotiations and high-impact business decisions while working directly with senior leadership.

As we continue to expand our financial infrastructure ecosystem, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping how businesses across India adopt and scale financial services.

If you're looking for ownership instead of hierarchy, impact instead of routine and long-term career growth instead of just another sales role, we'd love to hear from you.

• Competitive fixed compensation
• Industry-leading uncapped performance incentives
• High ownership from Day One
• Direct access to founders and leadership
• Exposure to enterprise customers across India's fintech ecosystem
