• a range of onboarding activities, including meeting your peers, personal development planning and learning more about Steer, our work and our culture
• mentoring from senior colleagues who will work with you to develop your skills; and
• a dedicated ‘buddy’ who will help you settle into life at Steer
• a career development manager and programme sponsor who supports your cohort throughout the pathway and your professional development through career coaching and career progression at Steer.

We are looking for gifted, motivated individuals to join us. If you are considering your future and are looking for somewhere to make a real difference, Steer has much to offer you.
