Summary: Steampunk, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking, well-rounded Business Operations Intern who will assist with a cross functional delivery team. The intern will help in performing project delivery excellence reviews, assessing project risk, and analyzing data to improve operational practices. Responsibilities: - Assist in performing project delivery excellence reviews - Assist in assessing project risk against defined quality metrics - Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and their supporting technologies - Analyze data to improve operational practices in the area of Quality - Collaborate and innovate to connect our people with the technology they need to build market relevant skills and be impactful to the business - Continually experience new and engaging opportunities, challenging work, flexibility, career sponsorship and mentoring, and recognition for your contributions Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject areas - Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 - Rising Junior, rising Senior or current Senior in college - Local to the DMV area - Practical experience generating process documentation and writing reports - Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into actionable insights - Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills - Ability to learn new skills, tools, and technology - Resourceful in overcoming obstacles - Critical thinker who will think outside the box - Understanding of the Agile software life-cycle - Research business and technical topics Required Skills: Process documentation, Agile software life-cycle Important Skills: Data analysis, Critical thinking Nice-to-Have Skills: communicator, Resourcefulness, Research skills, Interpersonal skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Career sponsorship and mentoring, Recognition for your contributions
