Brand Representative / Fall Intern at Stateside Strategies in Remote

Summary: Stateside Strategies is a boutique consulting firm helping European lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and consumer brands expand into the U.S. market. They are seeking a Brand Representative Intern for the Fall 2026 season to assist with market research, brand positioning, and representation at trade shows.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with U.S. retail market research and brand positioning analysis
- Support boutique and retailer research
- Help organize buyer outreach lists and CRM tracking
- Assist with preparing brand materials and trade show support documents
- Conduct competitive research across fashion, lifestyle, and luxury markets
- Support ongoing business development initiatives
- Represent Stateside Strategies and our client brand at COTERIE New York
- Assist with booth support and buyer interactions
- Welcome retailers, buyers, and industry professionals
- Take notes on buyer conversations and collect follow-up information
- Support post-show reporting and lead organization

Required Qualifications:
- Must be currently based in New York or New Jersey
- Interest in fashion, luxury, retail, entrepreneurship, or international business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, organized, and comfortable interacting with industry professionals
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fashion, retail, PR, marketing, sales, or business development
- Familiarity with luxury, contemporary, or lifestyle brands
- Experience attending trade shows, showroom appointments, or industry events is a plus
