Job Description
Summary: State Street is a leading provider of investment technology for wealth managers, and they are seeking a Co-op on the CRD Wealth and Advisor Platforms team. The role involves supporting strategic initiatives across product, client engagement, and platform innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic direction of the platform by conducting analysis of trends in the wealth tech market, including competitive landscape, client needs, and emerging technologies
- Support the development and tracking of the product roadmap, including milestone planning and cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to prepare for client meetings and events, including presentation materials, briefing documents, and follow-ups
- Develop executive-level presentations for quarterly business reviews, strategic updates, and leadership briefings
- Support the execution and roll out of large scale strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Liberal Arts
- Ability to apply structured thinking to breakdown complex product and client challenges into actionable insights
- Strong capability to conduct market and competitive research, synthesize findings, and present clear recommendations
- Experience with Powerpoint and Excel; familiarity with PowerBI, and an interest in emerging technologies like AI and digital platforms
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and effectively communicating ideas through written and verbal channels
- Precision in handling data, documentation, and testing activities to ensure quality outcomes
- Eagerness to learn, explore new concepts, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
