ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Welcome to Matt Springer State Farm! I opened my agency in 2012, and before becoming an agent I spent many years as a team member - where I discovered that my passion for helping people could become a truly rewarding career. We've built a small but mighty team of 5 employees across Sales and Service, and now we are looking to grow. We have both English and Spanish speakers and are proudly located in Conroe, TX.

Our office is anything but ordinary — we work out of an actual two-story house. It's not your typical corporate office, and that's exactly why we love it. It gives our workplace a comfortable, welcoming, and home-like atmosphere. We love our weekly team breakfasts, and monthly team lunches & outings as there is truly never a dull moment around here from laughs, to small pranks, & funny GIFS.

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of our team, and grow with our agency by applying honesty, positivity, determination, dependability, and coachability with no exception to joy of helping others. We're not looking for someone to simply fill a position — We're looking for someone who will add to the culture we've built!
