Data Analyst at Statara Solutions in Remote

Summary: Statara Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Data Products & Engineering team. The role involves providing critical support in delivering data solutions, maintaining processes for analyzing diverse datasets, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet client needs. Responsibilities: - Clean, combine, and process polling data - Monitor the status of polls from start to finish while providing the first quality control check - Produce reports, which may include filled-in questionnaires, banner books, and time-series crosstabs - Collaborate with Research Analysts to understand and fulfill all reporting requests - Service and fulfill requests from the Insights and Analytics team - Audit reports - Create dashboards for clients - Attend client meetings/conference calls as needed - Manage time to meet internal and client-driven timelines - Stay up to date on the latest technology, software, and relevant skills as needed - Provide crossover support to other data services and products as needed Required Qualifications: - 1 - 3 years of data processing, programming, administration, or other data-related experience - Proven experience with data processing techniques using Alteryx, R, Python or SQL-based database tools - Experience in a project-focused environment meeting regular deadlines - Experience using voter data, census data, commercial data, or other publicly available data - Knowledge of Alteryx software and associated tools - Knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Knowledge and experience with Snowflake cloud data warehousing platform - Familiarity with project tracking and collaboration in JIRA Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Ability to work effectively remotely - Strong attention to detail - Eagerness to solve problems - Embrace a growth mindset Required Skills: Data processing, Alteryx, Python, SQL Important Skills: AWS, Snowflake Nice-to-Have Skills: JIRA, Attention to detail, Problem-solving, Team collaboration Benefits: 401(k) with generous company matching., 100% REMOTE WORKING OPPORTUNITY, TOP-NOTCH MEDICAL COVERAGE, Domestic-partner inclusive, health, dental, vision, life, cancer coverage, and long-term disability insurance for you and your dependents., GENEROUS PAID TIME OFF, 23 days of PTO per year., PAID PARENTAL LEAVE, 10 weeks of fully paid time off.
