A privately owned leading Wealth Management solutions firm operating as a true fiduciary with a legacy spanning over 50 years in private banking, across continental Europe is opening a Client Relationship Manager role in Zurich, Switzerland
The firm offers a complete spectrum of services tailored to its clientele and enjoys a significant international footprint, with operational hubs in key global financial centers.

NB : This role requires a current Right to Work in Switzerland or an EU/AELE passport and the employer will not assist/sponsor with paperwork.
MISSIONS
As the Relationship Manager you will serve as the principal point of contact for a diverse client base within the designated region. Your focus is on cultivating and sustaining robust, trust-based relationships, characterized by utmost discretion.
You will join a team of 40 (Back/middle Office + relatioship Managers)
A core aspect involves thoroughly understanding individual client financial profiles and aspirations to orchestrate bespoke wealth management strategies, drawing upon the firm's extensive multidisciplinary capabilities.
You will significantly contributes to enhancing the firm's standing through the provision of exceptional service, strict adherence to regulatory frameworks, and the proactive recommendation of solutions aimed at the long-term preservation and appreciation of client assets.
Key daily tasks involve:
- Engaging in regular client consultations and ensuring continuous relationship management.
- Evaluating client financial landscapes and partnering with internal experts to devise appropriate investment and wealth plans.
- Facilitating the client onboarding/integration process, ensuring meticulous documentation and precise record-keeping.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and evolving regulatory environments to offer pertinent advice.
- Proactively identifying new business prospects within the designated market and strategically expanding the client portfolio.
- Guaranteeing complete compliance with all applicable FINMA/financial regulations and internal governance policies.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to provide comprehensive support across the entire spectrum of wealth management services.
Requirements
- Proven experience and demonstrated track record in fostering and managing client relationships.
- Client Relationship management preferably in Wealth management or capital markets domains would be a distinct advantage.
- You already own an exploitable book of clients you can leverage on.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Additional linguistic proficiencies, such as German or Spanish, are considered a valuable asset.
- An inherent drive for initiative, coupled with a profound dedication to client satisfaction.
- Genuine curiosity for the intricacies of financial ecosystems.
