Summary: StandardAero is an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field, seeking motivated students for their Engineering Internship for the summer of 2026. Interns will gain hands-on experience by partnering with production engineering teams to support Maintenance Repair and Overhaul operations, working on projects related to tooling and process improvement. Responsibilities: - Partner with existing production engineering teams to support the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations in Dallas, TX - Students will be involved in organizing, updating and compliance activities with the DFW Repair Center tooling which will include the following: - Updating tooling Inventory with each of our Component Repair Team - Upload product line tooling documents into “SAMenu” database - Update tooling identification to reflect appropriate product identification standards - Create tool drawings as required - Create tooling equivalency documents for locally designed tooling - Update tooling calibration requirements - Update tooling locations into “SAMenu” database - Other projects as assigned Required Qualifications: - Completed engineering courses at the Sophomore level - Knowledge of MS Office products, to include Excel, Project, and Word - Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Drawing skills – Autocad, Auto desk, Solidworks, Fusion, etc - A strong desire to learn and be a contributing member of a team - Strong self-motivation and organization skills Required Skills: Engineering courses, MS Office Important Skills: Drawing skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Organization skills Benefits: On-the-job training, Advancement opportunities, Excellent benefits
