Responsibilities: - Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI to provide actionable insights - Work with senior analysts to identify and recommend process improvements within various business units. Help document current processes and recommend optimizations based on findings - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Assist in creating documentation to capture business needs and requirements - Support the testing and validation of solutions. Help to identify and document issues, and work with the team to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards - Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports. Help organize and track project progress and deliverables - Support data integrity by performing data cleanup and maintenance tasks as needed. Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems - Perform ad hoc analysis on various projects as assigned by supervisors.
