jobDescription
We are looking for a technically strong, AI‑enabled Learning Experience Designer to help modernise how Compliance Learning is designed, built, and maintained.
This role sits within a learning team but is not a traditional learning designer position. The focus is on building AI and automation solutions, using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools, to create efficiencies across the ADDIE lifecycle, with appropriate human oversight and governance.
You will help shift Compliance Learning from manual, course‑centric processes to an AI‑assisted, agile, maintenance‑ready delivery model, aligned to the CCB Design & Development Strategy.
What you will do:
Design and build AI‑assisted workflows to support learning analysis, storyboarding, script drafting, quality assurance, and update impact mapping.
Develop Power Automate flows (approvals, routing, notifications, tracking) to reduce manual effort.
Create Copilot/Copilot Studio agents and structured prompt frameworks to assist the learning team, without replacing professional judgement.
Build simple Power Apps, dashboards, and basic reporting tools to support visibility, governance, and decision‑making.
Embed human‑in‑the‑loop controls, versioning, and auditability into all solutions.
Partner within the CCB team to translate real delivery pain points into practical, scalable tools.
