Job Description
Summary: STACK Infrastructure is an award-winning industry leader in building and operating data centers. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the construction finance function, focusing on equity calls, budget analyses, and cash flow forecasts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate monthly capital calls to investors to ensure funding is received in a timely manner
- Assist teams with tracking costs and forecasting cashflows for projects that are in diligence phases
- Track and monitor recurring variances, identifying trends and risk areas impacting forecast accuracy
- Improve financial workflows, modeling standards, and reporting processes to increase rigor, efficiency, and scalability
- Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support efficient data management
- Conduct ad hoc analyses related to strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions translating assumptions into clear financial impact and decision-ready insights
- Track capital commitments and approvals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Works well with others from all levels of the org chart
- Effective communication with complicated topics
- Experience in cost accounting, auditing, or financial reporting
