Summary: St. Mark's Episcopal School is seeking a motivated Summer Facilities Intern. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facilities management and contribute to the smooth operation of the school and church buildings during the summer months. Responsibilities: - General cleaning - Moving furniture - Power washing - Light yard work - Replace and stock supplies - Light painting, minor maintenance - Assist in setting up and tearing down for summer programs and events - Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager Required Qualifications: - Must have a high school diploma - Normal physical mobility and coordination, which includes movement from place to place, such as climbing stairs and ladders - Ability to reach and bend, push/pull, and lift and carry objects within a weight range from 3 pounds to 50 pounds. Ability to assist with handling objects over 50 pounds - Must be able to work outdoors - A copy of your college transcript - A completed and signed Background inquiry release.
