Physical Therapist — Tactical / Public Safety Population $80k-$95k

We are looking for an outstanding Physical Therapist to join our team and work exclusively with police officers and firefighters. Our patients are highly motivated, physically active individuals who view rehabilitation as part of their performance and career—not simply as treatment.

This is an opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with functional athletes, wants to practice without the administrative burden of traditional insurance-based care, and thrives in a fun, energetic environment.

Why you’ll love working here:

• Treat highly motivated patients:Work exclusively with police and fire professionals who are committed to getting better and returning to full function.
• Functional-athlete mindset:Your patients are active, demanding, and goal-oriented. Treatment can focus on performance, strength, mobility, resilience, and return to duty.
• No insurance headaches:Spend your time treating patients as we do not deal with any insurance companies due to our contract-based system with the City of Aurora. Treat patients rather than deal with insurance authorizations, denials, and unnecessary administrative barriers.
• Fun, energetic environment:Work with a team that values camaraderie, clinical excellence, and enjoying what we do.
• Meaningful work:Help the people who protect and serve their communities stay healthy, strong, and capable of doing their jobs.
• Student loan repayment program: We pay your lender monthly! IRS approved. Value increases after two years of employment!
• Benefits: Generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passionate about orthopedic, sports, and/or performance-based rehabilitation
• Comfortable treating active, physically demanding populations
• Creative and confident in developing individualized treatment plans
• Motivated to grow clinically and professionally
• A strong communicator and team player
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and being part of a positive team culture

Compensation: $80k - $95k. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
