Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components. Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and notes promptly Conduct preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement). Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment in service vehicles. Possess a set of basic hand tools Must possess a hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills Clean driving record, criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening Computer, phone, and written skills are a plus. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead, climb ladders, and work at heights (e.g., rooftops). Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the day.
