Summary: SS&C Technologies is a leading financial services and healthcare technology company, and they are seeking an Associate for their Middle Office Operations Launch Program. This role is designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the financial services business and prepare them for future leadership positions within the company. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a liaison between clients and prime brokers/counterparties - Provide middle and back-office support across a variety of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX - Assist in researching and resolving cash, position, and market value reconciliation exceptions - Partner with internal teams such as Fund Accounting, OTC Operations, Investor Services, and IT - Support wire processing related to management fees, incentive fees, subscriptions/redemptions, and collateral movements - Run cash reports and help confirm payments with counterparties - Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., digital workers, process automation platforms) to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance accuracy - Participate in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using AI-driven solutions and support ongoing innovation initiatives Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field - 0–2 years of experience (recent graduate May 2025 to May 2026.
