As we continue to expand our presence in the UAE, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Professionals to join our growing team and play a key role in our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, builders, developers, and referral partners.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and market outreach.
• Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage and lending solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and customer consultation to loan approval and disbursement.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on available lending products, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of UAE sales experience in any of the following areas:
• Financial Services Sales
• Banking Sales
• Mortgage Sales
• Loan Sales
• Credit Card Sales
• Insurance Sales
• Direct/Hardcore Sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to work toward and achieve targets.
• Passion for sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
