Job Description
Summary: SpyCloud is focused on making the internet a safer place by disrupting the criminal underground, and they are seeking a Product Manager Intern for AI Ops. This internship will involve building and refining AI agents, conducting market research, and collaborating with Product Managers to track key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and refine AI agents that support product research, validation, and discovery workflows
- Conduct competitive research, targeted market analysis, and structured validation work
- Support early discovery efforts by helping frame requirements and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
- Partner with Product Managers to define and track key product KPIs, including activation, retention, conversion, and adoption
- Perform research on market demand, competition, and industry trends
- Document repeatable workflows and outputs so teams can scale the value of the work across product management
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Prior internship, academic, project, or professional experience in product, engineering, AI, analytics, or a related field
- Experience working independently on scoped, high-impact projects
- Experience with AI tools, LLM workflows, prompt design, agent building, or related technical experimentation
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured outputs with minimal direction
- Strong written communication and synthesis skills
- Comfortable balancing technical experimentation with practical product needs
- Organized, proactive, and able to contribute with low overhead
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable operating in a focused, specialized internship role
- Able to work in a hybrid or remote-friendly setting, depending on team needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to product discovery, validation, research, or requirements work
- Exposure to SQL, Python, APIs, scripting, or data analysis tools
- Engineering or technical implementation experience
- Claude code familiarity
- Experience building or tuning AI agents for research, workflow automation, or decision support
- Software engineering background
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, Workforce, or Endpoint products
- Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards, or product analytics
