Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect / 3D & 2D Designer
who can transform existing architectural floor plans into functional, aesthetically appealing,
and visually compelling interior spaces.
The role involves working from provided building or office floor plans and developing 2D
interior layouts, furniture plans, 3D models, and realistic visualizations that clearly
communicate the proposed design.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, space planning,
architectural drawings, furniture placement, materials, lighting, and 3D visualization.
Key Responsibilities
Review and understand existing architectural floor plans and building layouts.
Develop functional 2D interior layouts and furniture plans.
Create detailed 3D interior designs, models, walkthroughs, and realistic renders.
Plan furniture placement, partitions, circulation, lighting, materials, finishes, and other
interior elements.
Develop design concepts suitable for office, commercial, and building interiors.
Convert architectural floor plans into practical and visually appealing interior designs.
Suggest creative solutions to maximize space utilization, functionality, and aesthetics.
Prepare presentation-ready drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Incorporate client and internal team feedback and make necessary design revisions.
Coordinate with architects, project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders when
required.
Ensure accuracy and consistency between 2D drawings, 3D models, and final design
concepts.
Maintain organized project files, drawings, models, and design documentation.
Work within project timelines and deliver designs according to requirements.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of interior design and space planning.
Ability to interpret architectural floor plans and convert them into interior design
concepts.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD / AutoCAD 2D.
Proficiency in one or more 3D design tools such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
Proficiency in visualization/rendering tools such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, D5
Render, Twinmotion, or similar.
Good understanding of furniture layouts and interior detailing.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and color selection.
Ability to create high-quality and realistic 3D renders.
Strong visual sense and creativity.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture,
Architecture, or a related field.
5 years of relevant experience in interior design, interior architecture, architectural visualization, or a similar role.
Experience working on office, commercial, residential, or building interior
projects.
Experience developing designs from existing architectural floor plans.
Experience with client presentations and design revisions.
A strong portfolio demonstrating 2D layouts, space planning, 3D designs, and realistic
interior renders will be preferred.
