Job Description
Summary: Sprinklr is the definitive, AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management, empowering brands to deliver extraordinary experiences at scale. The Revenue Analyst Summer Intern will support Revenue Operations and Finance teams by analyzing revenue performance, assisting in the revenue accounting close processes, and contributing to process improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of recurring revenue reports and dashboards
- Assist with analyzing revenue trends, pipeline performance, and key business metrics
- Help maintain data accuracy across revenue and CRM systems
- Assist in month end revenue accounting close procedures; reconciliations and preparation of journal entries
- Support monthly billing processes
- Assist in creation of forecasts and dashboard reporting
- Work with Collections team to assist in cash collections from customers
- Assist Revenue Leadership in special projects related to improving process flow, business practices and approvals across the Q2C process, leveraging automation where possible
- Assist with revenue forecasting and planning activities
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, and data processes
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Interest in Revenue Operations, Finance, or the SaaS industry
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates based in New York or the East Coast are strongly preferred
- Candidates located near our New York headquarters are preferred
