Responsibilities: - Get it done. Take ambiguous tasks, break them down, devise solutions, and execute them - Briefing preparation. Support the Founder in preparing for client, internal, and sales presentations and deliverables - Planning and organization. Ensure the Founder’s meetings are efficient, with clear agendas, follow-ups, and tracked progress - Scheduling management. Oversee the founder’s schedule, acting as a liaison between clients and the team to maximize time for impactful activities - Personal and company errands. Handle a variety of personal and company tasks for the Founder Required Qualifications: - Extreme amounts of initiative and enthusiasm to get stuff done - Hard-working, organized, and with extreme attention to detail - Ability to take ambiguous tasks, break them down, devise solutions, and execute them - Support the Founder in preparing for client, internal, and sales presentations and deliverables - Ensure the Founder's meetings are efficient, with clear agendas, follow-ups, and tracked progress - Oversee the founder's schedule, acting as a liaison between clients and the team to maximize time for impactful activities - Handle a variety of personal and company tasks for the Founder - Expert at using the phone and Google to get stuff done - Can quickly become an expert in new topics and then teach everyone else - High IQ, EQ, and drive - Eager to improve by seeking and applying constructive feedback - Notices interesting things and figures out why - Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and dependable vehicle - Winning mindset Preferred Qualifications: - Experience.
