About the Role

The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end project delivery within the IT Group (ITG) scope. This role acts as the project manager for assigned initiatives, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed scope, quality standards, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant Delivery Management experience, with strong project planning, execution, risk management, and resource coordination skills. The role also focuses on continuously improving delivery processes and supporting the development of a continuous delivery pipeline to enhance delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead project activities within the ITG scope using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Develop, maintain, and secure the necessary approvals for project plans and work plans to ensure effective execution and timely end-to-end delivery.
• Project Delivery & Performance Management: Oversee project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards. Monitor project milestones and proactively address potential delays or delivery challenges.
• Project Status Reporting: Prepare and maintain project status reports, providing clear updates on project schedules, deliverables, quality, scope, and overall progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Budget & Cost Management: Track project budgets and costs, as applicable, to support effective financial monitoring and ensure alignment with approved project plans.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, document, and monitor project risks and issues. Work closely with project teams to facilitate resolution, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns promptly when necessary.
• Resource Management: Manage and coordinate resources assigned to projects, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and effective collaboration to meet project objectives.
• Continuous Delivery Improvement: Support the development and improvement of continuous delivery pipelines and processes to enhance delivery speed, quality, and overall efficiency.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Experienced Delivery Professional: You have a strong background in Delivery Management and project execution, with the ability to oversee multiple project activities and drive successful end-to-end delivery.
• Methodology-Driven Leader: You are experienced in applying Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and can adapt your approach based on project requirements.
• Organized Project Planner: You can develop and maintain project plans, work plans, and status reports while ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: You can identify potential risks and issues early, coordinate resolution efforts, and escalate concerns appropriately to keep projects on track.
• Effective Resource Coordinator: You can manage project resources, coordinate team activities, and ensure that assigned resources are aligned with project priorities.
• Continuous Improvement Advocate: You understand the importance of improving delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Delivery Management or a related project management role.
• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Project Planning & Documentation: Experience preparing, maintaining, and obtaining approvals for project plans, work plans, and project status reports.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Ability to monitor project schedules, scope, quality, budgets, costs, risks, and issues.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proven ability to coordinate issue resolution, manage project risks, and facilitate timely escalation.
• Resource Management: Experience coordinating and managing resources assigned to projects.
• Core Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Setup: Fully onsite, Monday to Friday, in BGC (Bonifacio Global City), Taguig.

Work Location: Onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City, Philippines.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
