Account Executive
Location: United States - Remote

The position
The Account Executive will be responsible for revenue growth within the Americas domain territory through ongoing strategic development of new accounts and expansion within the existing customer portfolio through wide-ranging industry verticals. The Account Executive’s sales responsibility will include selling software engineering solutions like the entire range of the nCode brand fatigue and durability products and services, and the ReliaSoft brand reliability and maintainability products and services. This position is remote and will be reporting to a Director based in Tucson, Arizona.
Must be a US Citizen. Unable to hire anyone on a work permit, visa, or green card for this position.
Primary responsibilities
Drive the present strategy for prospects & customers for market growth
Awareness and pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
Lead generation through marketing events, cold calling, etc.
Work with Marketing to produce events, mailings, target marketing, etc.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer/prospect accounts
Develop calling and selling strategies for opportunities
Plan and execute customer visits
Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet objectives and customer/prospect expectations
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide technical support as needed throughout the sales process
Conduct WebEx presentations and demonstrations with SMEs
Develop and present quotations and proposals
Utilize and document the sales process within SalesForce.com
Generate, maintain and report a credible forecast for the domain accounts
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements on an ongoing basis
Professional qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science degree preferred OR Business degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sales of engineering software systems to end-users
Proven ability to achieve assigned sales quotas
Highly developed and diversified communication skills and techniques
Some knowledge of nCode and/or ReliaSoft product operation and theoretical background preferred
Knowledge of fatigue, data acquisition, finite element analysis and/or reliability/maintainability analysis preferred
Understanding of customer’s engineering processes and corresponding software applications
High standard of professional integrity
Highly developed commercial awareness is essential
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel domestically (30% required).

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually plus a 43% STI plan. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
