The Application Developer Intern will assess existing processes for improvement, maintain product deliverables, and work on software features in collaboration with various departments. Responsibilities: - Assess existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement - Maintain accuracy, completeness, and quality on relevant product deliverables - Work on software features in collaboration with others, including users across other departments and functions - Performs other duties as assigned and required Required Qualifications: - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future - Must be a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technology-focused discipline at an accredited institution - Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, React and Python - A desire to learn new tools and solve challenging problems using technology - Ability to learn new programming languages quickly - Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaborate with others as part of a team - Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to follow-up proactively - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively (using verbal and written communication) - Access to a private workspace with reliable internet connection is required for hybrid work days Required Skills: Object-Oriented Programming, JavaScript, SQL, React, Python Important Skills: AI interest, API integration
